Food and Dairy Chemical Sales and Service Area Manager
Working out of the Salt Lake City main office, Thatcher Company is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual(s) to grow and manage the food and dairy chemical sales and service market in the intermountain region (UT, ID, WY, MT). Leverage your skills, industry savvy and experience and team with an industry winner to write your own ticket to professional success.
Highly Desired Qualifications
• Previous, successful, sales and/or management experience in a food processing/ agricultural plant environment.
• Working knowledge of food processing regulations, equipment and physical process.
• Have a great working knowledge of agriculture industry chemical needs and processes.
Major Accountabilities
• Provide exemplary service to existing customers through identifying present and future needs in regard to chemical products and providing solutions utilizing Thatcher Company’s diverse product portfolio and resources.
• Actively solicit new markets and customers through best sales, marketing and customer service practices.
• Represent Thatcher Company in a comprehensively professional manner by developing a thorough knowledge of
Thatcher products and competitive advantages.
