Our Salt Lake facility has more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities with support facilities including a 35,000 square foot warehouse, a 6,000 square foot fully-equipped laboratory, a 6,000 square foot fully equipped maintenance shop, a modern diesel truck shop, and a 10,000 square foot office building. These facilities are continually being modernized and upgraded, and more than 25% of these facilities are less than 5 years old. The plant in Salt Lake City has railroad siding for storage of 60 railroad cars. Storage capacity includes more than 150 separate tanks, ranging up to 40,000 gallons in size, with more than 500,000 gallon total liquid capacity and over 500 tons of dry material storage.
Manufacturing facilities in Salt Lake City include a number of 6,000 gallon jacketed stainless steel reaction vessels as well as a number of glass-lined reaction vessels, 4 high pressure steam boilers, numerous cooling towers, pumps, and other manufacturing accessories.
